SAM Solutions takes its clients very seriously. We want to build strong relationships with each of our clients. We want them to be happy with our services and build a trusting and everlasting business relationship.
If our clients are unhappy, we offer a very fair and generous refund policy. After all, all our clients are entitled to a full refund if they are not satisfied with the services provided by SAM Solutions.
Our refund terms
If our clients are not happy with our products, and this is rare, a refund will be granted based upon the following terms being met. If these terms are not met, then a refund may not be permitted.
Please note that all refunds are at the discretion of SAM Solutions, based on the following criteria:
- The client must provide the original invoice for any refund that they wish to take place.
- A product exchange may also be granted, but only at the current selling price of the product.
- Exchanges or returns can only be done within 5 working days of the original invoice.
- Any returned products must be in their original packaging with no signs of damage, breakage or defects.
- Refunds or exchanges do not apply to consumable products. This includes software, DVDs and scanners.
